Our Process

To initiate a project:

Contact Rich Alderton at 1-877-298-3759 to discuss your project requirements. In many cases, he will be able to issue a budgetary quotation over the phone.
After approval of the budgetary quotation, we will generate a written specification based on our understanding of your needs and send that to you along with a firm quotation for review. Included in the quotation will be our estimated delivery time (Please note: actual delivery might depend on the timing of the receipt of your purchase order). Our goal is to get this documentation to you within one week.
After receipt of your purchase order, we will add your project to our schedule and communicate to you the projected completion date.
Work on your project will then begin per our schedule. For large-scale projects, we often set milestones and will communicate to you when each milestone has been met. However, for small-scale projects, this is usually not necessary.
After completion of the design, we will generate professionally written user documentation and then submit the final product to you for approval.
